Cancellation Policy

No telephone cancellations accepted.

You may cancel your order up to midnight on the third business day after the sale.

To cancel your order you must mail a complete signed and dated copy of the cancellation notice on the back of your order form and a copy of the front of your order form to the address below.  Your request MUST be postmarked within 3 business days your order.

Any incomplete or late cancellation notices will NOT be accepted and you WILL remain liable for performance of ALL obligations under this contract/sale — NO EXCEPTIONS.

Following receipt by the company of your cancellation notice, any payment(s) made by you under this contract/sale will be returned within 10 business days, and any security interest arising out of this transaction will be cancelled.

NO product returns will be accepted by the company unless approved in advance by the company’s corporate headquarters.  If your product return is approved, you will be given a Product Return Number.
