We have a 10-day return policy. The return window starts on the customer's order date and ends on the 10th day at midnight Central Standard Time. The cost of the customer's return shipping label and a $30 restock fee will be deducted from the customer's refund.

Only orders placed online at ake.com can be processed through our online return portal. Orders placed in-person through an AKE Safety Equipment sales representative or vendor can not be processed online through our return portal. To look up your order in our return portal, you will need to enter your order number which can be found in all email notifications that we have previously sent you regarding your order and the same email address that you entered at checkout when placing your order. Incomplete and/or late return requests or order cancellations submitted through our return portal will not be accepted. No product returns will be accepted by AKE Safety Equipment unless approved by the company’s corporate headquarters. If your product return is approved, you will be notified immediately with relevant information via email and/or telephone.
Return/Refund Requirements: All product returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition. Any signs of product use or damage will result in product return/refund denial. Your product return MUST be returned using the original box that your order was delivered in. This is because the original box has an identifying sticker attached to it that is required by our mail carriers. If you attempt to use any other box besides the original box that your order was delivered in, it will not be delivered successfully since it will not have the required identifying sticker attached to it.
