STOP-FYRE® Standard Fire Extinguisher

I have been wanting to get one of these ever since I saw them at the farm progress show. I could not afford one until now.

Was using grain vac when the tractor started on fire just had purchased new grain vac that was on the tractor, setting right by the grain bin had a AKE in the truck put the large fire out immediately and save the new vac tractor and grain bin!

I haven't had a fire to use mine on yet, so I'm currently having to rely on the website information to form my opinion. But after having spent significant money on this product, it's clear that I anticipate it will work quite well.

One of my daughters had an electrical fire on her washing machine – We used two dry chemical extinguishers on the fire and the flames kept coming back. My other daughter grabbed a STOP-FYRE extinguisher and sprayed it once and it put the fire out immediately. After cleaning up the mess of the dry chemical extinguishers, we were really wishing we would have just grabbed STOP-FYRE to begin with!

I was checking cattle in a remote pasture, located 1¾ miles from the nearest road. My 2016 pickup became stuck in a tall grass swamp. The heat from the pickup exhaust started the grass on fire under the pickup. I shot the extinguisher on the base of the fire under the pickup and immediately the fire was out. We carry Stop-Fyre on whatever equipment is most susceptible to fire. Example: Harvest time – combine & semi. Haying time – baler tractor. Other times it is carried in the pickup.

We had cornstalks and oil at the bottom of our skid loader start on fire when burning a brush pile and a couple of squirts put it right out. I couldn’t believe we saved it.

A can of tapping fluid accidentally punctured and fluid ignited by spark. We had a small fire. STOP-FYRE worked excellent.

My son and I went out Sunday night during the night. It was supposed to rain so we wanted to get the snow out of the field before it rained, so after midnight we went out and we were picking up straw and all of a sudden I saw smoke and I kinda keep going and pretty soon I see this billow behind me. And we were out in wheat stubble field so you know that stuff catches on fire as well. And so I knew the fire extinguisher was in the pick up and he was right beside me the pick up so I jumped out of the skid. I shut it off, ran to the pick up truck got my extinguisher opened the back door there. A few shots and it was out. If I didn’t have that, I’m guessing my skid steer would have burned and we would have had a field fire. I like keeping one in my pick-up seat so it’s close by.

Small equipment fire was able to quickly put out with stop fire.

We were able to extinguish a combine fire during soybean harvest in October within a few weeks of purchase. We had a hot belt on the combine feeder house that started a fire in that area of the combine. It also had started 2 fires in the soybean field. We were working at night and were able to get the fire out on the combine and then the fires in the field. How thankful we were to have purchased these.

We have an explosion in our basement from lighting a pilot light. Pocket of gas blew up in my husband’s face. And as a result, an antique couch caught on fire. It was filled with hay and straw and there was no way we would have gotten it out of the basement so we know it would have been a huge fire. It had already started filling entire house with smoke and once we determined the several spots of flames, we grabbed 2 of your extinguishers and put it out. I will never own or use another fire extinguisher as it saved our home (in my opinion) or at least from a ton more damage. Insurance company and adjuster were impressed once again at how well and quickly it worked.

There was a malfunction in the air conditioning unit of my skidloader. The engine compartment was engulfed in flames. The extinguisher put out the fire immediately, preventing a total loss to the machine, as well as a greater catastrophe to the customer’s property.

I had an appointment up north, so I was driving on I71 when I saw smoke on my right. There was a military transport on the side of the road, and thick smoke was coming around the cab. It didn't look like anyone was around. I got over to them, and there was so much smoke. I couldn't tell that there were two people behind the cab. Smoke was coming out of the wheels, and they weren’t sure if it was a fire; because they couldn’t see any flames. What had happened was the brakes had locked up, and there was a fire in the brake system and it was very hot. You could see that it was glowing under the wheels, but it was so hard to see everything through all the smoke. I grabbed a STOP-FYRE and started shooting all around the wheel well. Minutes later the smoke was all gone, and the fire was out. Moments before it could have been out of control. I am confident that could have been a devastating loss of equipment and/or life. But instead, they only spent 15 minutes on the side of the road.

A bearing failed. I went back by the engine and could see a small fire. I grabbed the extinguisher by then some had dropped & bean straw under the combine was burning fast but was out in no time. The fire was out instantly before my brother could get out of the auger wagon. It was very fast.

Once upon a time we had a fire and STOP-FYRE put it out. We all went on to live happily ever after… The End!

Confidence: You know the extinguishers will work!

The fire was a chimney fire. I just got the STOP-FYRE and sprayed it into the back of the clean out hole in my stove. There was fire coming out on top of the chimney when we sprayed it in. Down it went very well. Yes, a little expensive, but there was no crawling on the roof and was able to get back to work. We also had a kerosene stove fire last summer 2019 and we used our old fire extinguisher that had the powder in it and left a big mess to clean up. Next, we had the ake extinguisher hanging on the wall finally, and we had another fire with our oil stove, and I didn’t even find out about it until recently. The girls just got our little one and with one spray it killed the fire. No mess, and it still available for next time. Why didn’t we get on sooner?

Thanks to STOP-FYRE, I avoided a kitchen fire that could have been worse than it was. I had accidentally placed a plastic microwave spatter guard on a hot burner. Although the burner was turned off, it must have still been hot because after a little while I noticed the plastic was on fire and melting! I keep my STOP-FYRE close by, so I quickly grabbed it. With one squirt the fire was out! I’m glad I had STOP-FYRE because it made all the difference.

Summer 2019 one of children were mowing under swings which caught and tore off gas line – by quickly grabbing STOP-FYRE inside porch – fire was soon out and not much damage to mower instead of burning up! Fall – skidsteer apprehently the wire got hot by shorting out One of younger boys went out to scrape holding pen – fire/smoke was coming out of skiddy – he came running in shouting fire – older boy was sitting on recliner reading – leaped off – grabbed 2 STOP-FYRE we handed to him and quickly RAN getting fire out soon. Had to change wiring harness but saved the skiddy!

I think the world of those STOP-FYRE extinguishers. We always keep one in the combine because you never know when a bearing could go out or a fire could start. It’s just amazing how that little fire extinguisher can put out fires - there isn’t a quicker, faster way. There’s nothing like it!
